This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which you may request a return, replacement, or refund for purchases made on our website.

1. No Return on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, including our Night Whitening Cream.

Please make sure you check your order carefully before opening the product.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if:

The product is damaged during delivery.

You receive the wrong product (not what you ordered).

The item is unopened and returned in its original packaging within 3 days of delivery (customer will bear return shipping charges).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number and issue details.

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.

After the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
